Episode 2: Aging & Disability Resources

Welcome to your Aging and Disability Resource Connection. This one-stop-shop includes professional staff and counselors to help aging adults and adults with disabilities navigate resources so they can live a more independent life.

Episode 3: Nutritional Services

Home-delivered meals, senior center lunches, farmers markets, and the Senior Hunger Coalition keep our aging population nutritionally sound. If you would like to take part in these opportunities, listen carefully. We're here to help!

Episode 4: Alzheimer's & Dementia

When memory loss rears its ugly head, confusion and fear are experienced by the affected individual, the caretaker, friends, and family. The Area Agency on Aging has resources to share to help everyone find some peace in the situation.

Episode 5: Caregiver & Wellness Programs

The Area Agency on Aging has powerful tools to share with both caregivers and those aging in place. From Tai Chi for Arthritis classes to balance workouts to respite care for caregivers—you will be surprised at the available resources.

Episode 6: Case Management

Professional case managers take a personal interest in helping each and every person that contacts the Area Agency on Aging. Case managers get to know the individual and help determine what resources, equipment, and services will aid in a more comfortable living situation.
